What data we collect and why (purposes)

When you fill in the form, email us or call us, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and the content of your message. We use your data only to answer your request: information about a property, a management or mediation proposal, or arranging a viewing.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you then sign a contract with us, the data is processed to perform it and to meet legal obligations such as invoicing.

Do you have to give us this data?

Your name, email and message are needed for us to reply; without them we cannot handle your request. The phone number is optional.

Recipients and processors

Your data is not sold or passed on to third parties. We use providers that process it on our behalf: the site is hosted by Vercel (European Union region, Paris) and form messages are delivered by the ArqWeb form service and ZeptoMail/Zoho (data centres in the EU) to our mailbox.

Transfers outside the EU

Vercel Inc. is a US company; any transfers to the US are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We make no other transfers outside the EU/EEA.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as needed to answer you and organise the service and, after that, for the legal invoicing and anti-money-laundering periods that apply to real estate mediation.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to geral@fiduciahomes.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt (opens in a new window)).

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or tracking technologies. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, with no third-party services.
